Aurora Rays
Aurora Giavedoni, in arte Aurora Rays, è una cantante, compositrice e musicista nata a Sesto al Reghena (PN).
Laureata in canto jazz al Conservatorio Jacopo Tomadini di Udine, ora segue la magistrale presso lo stesso, con Glauco Venier e Alfonso Deidda; nel 2019 ha vinto una borsa di studio per studiare al Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (UK) con Sara Colman e Rebecca Nash, dove inoltre ha registrato suo primo EP pop-r&b con alcuni musicisti del conservatorio, tra i quali: Matt Hollick, Michael Anning, Joe Carnell, Millicent James, Gabriella Liandu, Jonah Hitchens, Georgia Lee e Jonno Gaze.
Nel 2020 ha pubblicato i singoli pop-soul “Ghost” e “Play my Game” registrati e prodotti a Birmingham con Ellis Stagg, Niccolò Conti ed Elliot James Mulhern.
Sempre nel 2020 ha diretto diverse collaborazioni musicali con artisti come: Jonah Hitchens, Mike Anning, Paolo Jus, Georgia Lee, Lucas Kelly, Luca Colussi e il batterista Andrew Mclean (Mark Ronson, Grace Jones).
Nel 2021 pubblica “Even When” primo singolo assieme al fratello musicista Mik e il suo primo “EPbum” con l’etichetta inglese Iola Music, un disco di suoi brani registrati a Birmingham.
Si è esibita a Sofar Sounds, JazzInsieme Festival, GajaJazz Festival, More Than Jazz Festival and Sun, Eastside Jazz Club & Sounds Festival.

Aurora Giavedoni, also known as Aurora Rays, is a singer, composer and musician born in Sesto al Reghena (PN).
Graduated in jazz singing at the Conservatory Jacopo Tomadini in Udine, she now follows a masterclass with Glauco Venier and Alfonso Deidda. In 2019 she won a scholarship to study at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (UK) with Sara Colman and Rebecca Nash, where she also recorded her first pop-r&b EP with some of the Conservatory’s musicians, including: Matt Hollick, Michael Anning, Joe Carnell, Millicent James, Gabriella Liandu, Jonah Hitchens, Georgia Lee and Jonno Gaze.
In 2020 she released the pop-soul singles “Ghost” and “Play My Game” recorded and produced in Birmingham with Ellis Stagg, Niccolò Conti and Elliot James Mulhern.
Also in 2020 he directed several musical collaborations with artists such as: Jonah Hitchens, Mike Anning, Paolo Jus, Georgia Lee, Lucas Kelly, Luca Colussi and drummer Andrew Mclean (Mark Ronson, Grace Jones).
In 2021 she released her first single “Even When” with his brother Mik and his first “EPbum” with the English label Iola Music, a record of his songs recorded in Birmingham.
